Do People not like Free IPads?

This sounds like a dumb question, but do people not like free IPads? Or do people just ignore print advertising? We recently ran several ads in major industry publications, at the bottom of the adds we had a link to a website and a QR code for a chance to win a free IPad. The catch was that they had to fill out a quick 10 question survey about the ad themselves. The goal was to determine if our print ads were hitting the mark. To date we have only had 21 response so I guess people either don’t like Free IPads or maybe it just answers the question about the effectiveness of our print advertising.
